PURPOSE: A composite material panel with a reinforcing groove is provided to increase the rigidity against load by forming a semicircular recessed groove and a polygonal uneven part at both sides of the composite material panel and making the hollow between the stacked walls of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A composite material panel(20A) is composed of a composite material panel body(21A), and the composite material panel body is composed of a semicircular recessed groove(22A) and an uneven part(23A). The semicircular recessed grooves are formed in the surface of the composite material panel body, and the polygonal uneven parts are arranged in the other surface of the composite material panel body. The contact area between the stacked composite material panels or the structure is minimized, and the structure is supported stably by distributing load to the structure or the stacked composite material panels. The circular section hollow is formed by assembling the semicircular recessed grooves in stacking the composite material panels.
