PURPOSE: A porous inorganic thin film for an electrochromic device and a method of fabricating the film are provided to decrease crystallinity by using nano-sized polymer particles, to improve a response speed and color depth by increasing a surface area and to improve performance of the electrochromic device by fabricating a stable inorganic thin film. CONSTITUTION: Nano-sized polymer particles are fabricated by microemulsion polymerization. The fabricated polymer particles are spread on a substrate. An inorganic thin film is formed on the substrate where the polymer particles has been spread. The polymer particles included in the inorganic thin film is removed.
