PURPOSE: A sole of shoes to go on foot with 3 steps is provided to minimize feeling of fatigue by distributing and buffering an impact force according to a shift in weight. CONSTITUTION: The sole of shoes comprises: a front part(10) which forms a bottom face uniformly contacting with the ground while having the front end raised sluggishly; a heel(20) which has a second contact surface(22) sloped upward at an angle of about 15 to 17deg. from the rear end of the front part(10) and a first contact surface(21) sloped upward at an angle of 15 to 25deg. from the rear end of the second contact surface(22); and first and second recesses(40) which are recessed upward at a predetermined height, respectively, and formed on the boundary portion of the front part(10) and the second contact surface(22) and the boundary portion of the second and first contact surfaces(22,21).
