PURPOSE: A fine fluid mixing device is provided to help an active and efficient two-fluid blending, and to decrease the length of the mixing part by mixing fluid from a first inlet with fluid from a second inlet and diffusing mixed fluid through the fluid passage. CONSTITUTION: A fluid mixing device is composed of a first inlet and a second inlet(201,211,203,213) flowing fluid to be mixed, a mixing unit(205,215) mixing fluid from the first inlet with fluid from the second inlet, and a first shutoff screen and a second shutoff screen(207,217) placed in the mixing unit, arranged across the other shutoff screen and composed of left and right fluid passages. A lower substrate is composed of the first inlet, the second inlet for flowing fluid and the mixing unit blending fluid from the first inlet and fluid from the second inlet. An upper substrate is integrally mounted to the upper part of the lower substrate, and composed of the first inlet, the second inlet and the mixing unit communicated with the first inlet, the second inlet and the mixing unit of the lower substrate.
