PURPOSE: An amusement device used around water is provided to enjoy swimming in the river or the sea by floating the user on the water, and to improve efficiency of exercise by walking in the water with the amusement device. CONSTITUTION: An amusement device(100) is composed of a body part(110) having an annular ring-shaped supporting bar for easily inputting and outputting a user, a first floating part(120) having a first rod extended in the lower part of the supporting bar, a second rod combined with the first rod and a first floating body mounted in the lower part of the second rod to float the supporting bar and the user, and a second floating part(150) having plural connecting wires connected to the supporting bar and a second floating body connected to the connecting wire and mounted to the foot of the user.
