PURPOSE: Provided is an epoxy reinforcing agent composition capable of producing a concrete structure excellent in mechanical and physical function, weight reduction, convenience and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The epoxy reinforcing agent composition of a concrete structure comprises 100 parts by weight of a first composition as a resin component in a gel state, 20-35 parts by weight of a second composition as a curing component to be mixed on the spot, and 0.1-3 parts by weight of coagulation regulator. Particularly, the first composition comprises carbon fiber chips of 3-6mm, glass fiber chips of 3-6mm or mixtures thereof contained in a liquid epoxy base resin, a 3 functional group-containing reactive diluent, urethane-modified epoxy resin, a flame-retardant and an coagulant. The second composition comprises a polyamine curing agent, metaxylene diamine, polypropylene amine, triethylene tetramine and a curing accelerator.
