PURPOSE: A pressure reducing device of an intake line for an internal combustion engine with an intake acceleration unit is provided to prevent smoke from incomplete combustion and fuel waste by keeping the optimal combustion rate in increasing rpm of the engine suddenly. CONSTITUTION: An internal combustion engine comprises a blower motor(4) arranged in an air inlet pipe(3) between an air cleaner(1) and an engine(2) to forcibly flow air into an inlet of the engine, an engine rpm detecting sensor(5) outputting the pulse signal by detecting rpm of the engine, a control unit(6) generating the motor control signal by varying the duty ratio according to the output frequency of the engine rpm detecting sensor, and a motor driving unit(7) driving the blower motor corresponding to the pulse duty rate from the control unit. An exhaust valve(9) with a pressure setting unit(91) is installed in the air inlet pipe, and internal air is discharged automatically and partially in increasing internal pressure of the air inlet pipe over the predetermined pressure.
