DEPOSITION SOURCE FOR DEPOSITING ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENT LAYER, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE SOLIDIFICATION OF DEPOSITION MATERIAL VAPOR BY DELIVERING HEAT GENERATED BY HEATER TO APERTURE INSTALLED ON UPPER MEMBER
PURPOSE: A deposition source for depositing an organic electro-luminescent layer is provided to prevent the solidification of deposition material vapor by delivering the heat generated from a heater to an aperture on an upper member and effectively remove congelation, thereby maintaining a function of the deposition source. CONSTITUTION: A deposition source is heated by an applied voltage to transfer the heat to deposition material housed therein and form a deposition material layer on a substrate by emitting generated material vapor outside. The deposition source includes a sidewall member(21B), a bottom member(21C), an upper member(21A) having a vapor efflux aperture, a cover(31), and a heater(40). The cover is fixed on the sidewall member to be implemented on the upper member and includes apertures(31-1) corresponding to the vapor efflux aperture formed on the upper member. The heater is fixed on the upper member and supplies the heat generated by the applied voltage to a periphery of the aperture on the upper member.
