WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM OF RIVER THROUGH BIOLOGICAL CONTACT OXIDATION METHOD USING BIO-CERAMIC CONSISTING OF POROUS AND FUNCTIONAL MINERALS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING BIO-CERAMIC

PURPOSE: To provide a water purification system of river, which is able to increase water-purification effect by using bio-ceramic made from a mixture of porous and functional minerals and natural materials, and a method for preparing a bio-ceramic. CONSTITUTION: The system is a biological water purification system that purifies contaminated water flown in river using bio-ceramic (10) that is composed of porous and functional mineral mixtures and supplies water to the contaminated water and natural materials (11) such gravels and granular zeolite through three steps. In a first step, the contaminated water passes through the gravels or waste concreter, zeolite and the like. In a second step, nitrogen and phosphorous in the water purified by the first step is adsorbed by the bio-ceramic. In a third step, the water purified by the second step passes through a water-purifying plant (22) and then flows into the river. A partition (25) is installed at each step to allow the contaminated water to move upward and downward or zigzag, thereby increasing retention time of the contaminated water.
