PURPOSE: A pipe connection device is provided to secure pressure resistance performance and airtightness, to improve durability, and to secure a piping system, by preventing excessive expansion of a shock-absorbing member. CONSTITUTION: A pipe connection device comprises mounting flanges integrally formed to the end of a pipe; a connector(25) arranged between the mounting flanges; expansible shock-absorbing members(26) each combined between the connector and the mounting flanges; and compression flanges(27) fixed to the mounting flanges by fastening members to press the expansible shock-absorbing member on the connector in the radial direction. Fitting projections(25a) are formed to the ends of the connector. Combining grooves(26a) corresponding to the fitting projections are formed to the inside of the expansible shock-absorbing member and an extension piece(26b) is formed to the outside of the expansible shock-absorbing member. The expansible shock-absorbing member surrounds and supports the connector. The compression flange supports the expansible shock-absorbing member on the mounting flange in a close contact state by an annular support projection(27a) combined to the extension piece of the expansible shock-absorbing member.
