PURPOSE: A lubrication structure of a manual transmission is provided to exhaust pressure in the transmission through an air breather by forming plural oil holes in a control housing, to prevent the oil sprayed at high temperature from being discharged together with the pressure, and to drop the oil to the oil guide. CONSTITUTION: In a manual transmission having a control housing(40) positioned at the upper part of a transmission case(20) and installed with a control shaft therein, an opening unit(22) communicating with the control housing is formed at the upside of the transmission case. At least one oil hole(25,26) for discharging the oil inserted through the opening unit is disposed near the opening unit. An air breather(60) is installed at the upper part of the control housing. An oil guide is mounted in the transmission case.
