PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for confirming number and information of slab on charging bed, the apparatus capable of improving productivity and satisfying customer needs of delivery date by smoothly confirming information on the slab on the changing bed, thereby stably performing slab charging operation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for confirming number and information of slab on charging bed comprises an up/down cylinder part in which a camera(10) reads information on the slab in a cover as the camera is rotated back and forth and side to side through an up/down cylinder(15) and a cylinder(19); a cover driving part installed at a lower part of the cover to move the up/down cylinder part through wheels rotated along rails according to driving of a motor; an information transmission PC(process computer) installed on a base frame on which the cover is placed to transmit the slab information; a guide roll part which is moved along rails of a support through guide rolls installed on the inner surface of a rolling device, and which transmits the information read from the slab through a connection jack and a cable connected to the information transmission PC; and an information transmission/receiving PC(process computer)(61) for transmitting the read information to an information output BC(business computer)(62) by reading the information transmitted from the guide roll part.
