APPARATUS FOR PRE-TREATING LIVESTOCK MANURE USING HIGH-TEMPERATURE, AEROBIC OXIDATION REACTION

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for pre-treating livestock manure, which is able to reduce consumption power by improving an aeration method and an agitation method and naturally removing bubbles and increase odor-removing efficiency and reaction efficiency by complementing microorganism materials. CONSTITUTION: A spiral motor for an aerator (110) is installed at the outside of a treatment reactor (100) and has a structure where a screw (120) is mounted on a motor shaft to agitate livestock manure in the treatment reactor and inhale air using jet stream. An agitator is perpendicularly installed at a center of the treatment reactor. One wing (160) of the agitator is installed under the surface of a treatment reaction solution to prevent channeling effect, and the other wing (170) of the agitator is installed on a bubble layer to primarily crush bubbles. Various solid-liquid separating devices (430) for removing solid components are installed at the front end and the rear end of the treatment reactor. The treatment reactor has a cylindrical shape or a square shape, is manufactured as a tank-form to be installed on the ground or a concrete structure form to be laid underground, and includes protrusion plates (140) for forming turbulence at wall side. On the top part of the treatment reactor, various gas removing devices (410) for treating moisture and gases to be discharged, a screen layer (210) for crushing the bubbles, a moisture and bubble evaporation tank (220) which evaporates and collects the moisture and gases, and a pump that circulates the remaining bubbles to the treatment reactor in an ejector manner are installed. A microorganism injection tank (600) is equipped with the apparatus to inject complex microorganism material including photosynthetic microorganism and mesophilic bacillus species. A controller (420) is equipped for automatic control of the pump and agitator.
