PURPOSE: A hydraulic pressure type man's erection aid apparatus is provided to aid an insertion operation of prosthesis without damaging a corpus spongiosum of a penis, and to hydraulically regulate an erection state by user's desire. CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic pressure type man's erection aid apparatus(100) includes a sealing storage bag(110) in tube type. The storage bag includes a body portion(110a) formed by welding or adhering the edge portions of two thin plate type materials to each other. The body portion also includes a plurality of through-holes(111) so as to constantly maintain a thickness of the storage bag. An extension(110b) is provided at a lower portion of the body portion to have a width narrower than the body portion. A sewing extension is provided at both ends of the body portion so as to facilitate a sewing, and where a sewing hole is provided.
