SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY DETECTING AND DISPLAYING A DISASTER ALARM TO COMPULSORILY TURNING ON A TV WHEN EMERGENCY DISASTER OCCURS AND PROVIDE DISASTER INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A system for automatically detecting and displaying a disaster alarm is provided to compulsorily turning on a TV using a broadcasting signal or a data signal when emergency disaster occurs and provide disaster information through the TV. CONSTITUTION: A decoder and a microcomputer detect a disaster alarm broadcasting start signal which is received in a TV by wire or wireless and is inserted into an image signal. The decoder and the microcomputer detect digital disaster alarm broadcasting start data of digital broadcasting received in the TV by wire or wireless. The microcomputer grasps the on/off state of the TV. If the TV is in the on-state, the microcomputer maintains the on-state of the TV. If the TV is in the off-state, the microcomputer converts the off-state into the on-state.
