METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY CUTTING MEMBERS WITHOUT DAMAGE OF THE CORNER OF THE PRODUCT BY USING PLASMA FROM A PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An automatic cutting method by using plasma is provided to increase the productivity, and to extend the life span of the equipment by adjusting the angle and successively cutting within the minimum scrap range without repeating the plasma and the torch with the triangle cutting method. CONSTITUTION: In a method for automatically cutting a member(11) by using plasma, the member is cut in the specific direction by moving down a torch. The plasma injection angle of the link type is tilted and cutting is performed continuously without a stop in case of changing the cutting direction. The angle changed portion of the link type is cut, and cutting is finished by cutting the member in the specific direction. The link shape is formed of the triangle, and placed outside the angle changed portion in cutting the member. The life span of the electrode tip damaged in turning on and off plasma is extended, and wear in moving up and down the torch carriage is reduced.
