PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a super low temperature atmosphere by using a block is provided to rapidly generate a super low temperature atmosphere in a small block and to generate the super low temperature atmosphere by using a refrigerant circulation circuit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating a super low temperature atmosphere includes a refrigeration block(20) having an internal space(21) and a fluid pipe(22) arranged in the internal space(21). The refrigeration block(20) includes an inflow pipe(24) and an exhaustion pipe(25). First ends of the inflow pipe(24) and the exhaustion pipe(25) are communicated with the internal space(21), and second ends of the inflow pipe(24) and the exhaustion pipe(25) are extended to an exterior in order to connect to a cascade block and a heat exchanger.
