PURPOSE: An agitating device for the ground improvement is provided to execute an excavation work effectively and to prevent the overflow of slime by making the crushing range by a hammer bit correspond with the diameter of an excavation, and to maximize the crushing efficiency by heightening the impact on a bedrock layer. CONSTITUTION: The agitating device for the ground improvement contains an auger shaft(10) provided with a cylindrical housing unit(11) whose lower part is opened, an agitating wing installed in the middle of the outer circumference of the auger shaft(10), an excavating wing(20) installed on the lower part of the outer circumference of the auger shaft(10), a hammer bit(30) rotated together with the auger shaft(10) and coupled to the housing unit(11) to be reciprocated along the axial direction of the auger shaft(10), a percussion device installed to the housing unit(11) to promote the reciprocation of the hammer bit(30) and to give a hit on the upper part of the hammer bit(30), and a supply route for improvement materials formed on the auger shaft(10) to supply improvement materials along the axial direction of the auger shaft(10), then to be discharged from the lower part of the auger shaft(10). The lower part of the hammer bit(30) is composed of the central part(31) formed in the shape of a column along the axial direction of the hammer bit(30) and two extension legs(32) arranged around the central part(31) at regular intervals.
