PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for compensating a reference voltage according to temperature rising in a DC(Direct Current)/DC converter are provided to improve stability of an output power source by detecting temperature variation due to a switching operation through a thermistor and adjusting a value of the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: First and second switches(Q1,Q2) apply supplying power through switching operation. A controller(101) alternatively switches the first and second switches. A comparator compares the supplying power with a reference voltage to output the difference value to the controller. The second switch is integrated with a temperature detector(201) which detects temperature variation according to the switching operation to adjust a value of the reference voltage applied to the comparator. The temperature detector is a thermistor.
