PRODUCTION OF GREEN TEA PILLS EFFECTIVE FOR ELIMINATING CONSTIPATION, MAINTAINING SKIN RESILIENCY AND STRENGTHENING BONES CONTAINING GREEN TEA AND HERBAL PLANTS

PURPOSE: A method of making green tea pills by grinding raw material containing green tea, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Herba Agastachis, Hoelen rubra and Glycyrrhizae Radix and kneading with corn starch and water is provided. The product is convenient to carry and take and is effective for eliminating constipation, maintaining skin resiliency and strengthening bones. CONSTITUTION: Raw material for green tea pills is washed, dried, ground to 20meshes, formed into a pill and then dried at 50deg.C. The raw material contains 75% by weight of green tea, 10% by weight of malt, 5% by weight of Atractylodis Rhizoma, 2% by weight of Herba Agastachis, 5% by weight of Hoelen rubra and 3% by weight of Glycyrrhizae Radix. During the forming process, a corn starch as a binding agent is mixed with water in a ratio of 30:70 at 90deg.C or less and then added with the raw material.
