PURPOSE: A step apparatus for an entrance of a bus is provided to conveniently get on and off the bus, and to prevent accidents by mounting the auxiliary folding step in the lower step and spreading the auxiliary step in the lower part of the lower step in getting on and off. CONSTITUTION: A step apparatus of an entrance of a bus is composed of an actuator(4), a rotating shaft(7) connected to the end of a piston(6) of the actuator by a carrier(8) and arranged in a line with the piston, a rotating shaft control unit(14) fixed to a lower step(3) to reciprocate linearly and rotate the rotating shaft at the angle of 180 angular degrees by inserting and supporting the rotating shaft, and an auxiliary step(19) fastened to the end of the rotating shaft by arms(20). The carrier is composed of a boss and a supporting arm, and the boss is rotated by a bearing and supported in the end of the rotating shaft. The supporting arm is formed in the end of the piston, and a sleeve is fixed to the lower step.
