TEXTILE SPEED CONTROLLING SYSTEM AND CONTROLLING METHOD OF DYEING MACHINE CAPABLE OF DYEING TEXTILE UNIFORMLY

PURPOSE: A textile speed controlling system and a controlling method of a dyeing machine are capable of setting easily variation of temperature and textile speed, setting a proper dyeing condition with a simple operation, operating the dyeing machine effectively, dyeing textile uniformly and preventing badness of dyeing. CONSTITUTION: A textile speed controlling system of a dyeing machine comprises: a control panel(20), an input signal processor(30), a control device(40), a temperature controlling part(50) and a speed controlling part(60). The control panel comprises: a display outputting a present state of equipment and a selected pattern number; a temperature display outputting fixed temperature or process temperature; a speed display outputting fixed speed or process speed; a selecting switch selecting a pattern; a processing and stopping switch operating movement of the dyeing machine; a keeping switch inputting the selected pattern; a searching switch searching the inputted pattern; and a key input switch inputting data. The input signal processor comprises: a data processing part which is installed on a back of the control panel, dividing a signal inputted by the control panel into a fixing signal and a searching signal, when the signal is the fixing signal, processing the inputted pattern number, the temperature data and the speed data gradually and logically, distinguishing and transmitting the fixing signal and the searching signal to the control device; and a display distinguishing and outputting the inputted pattern number, the temperature data an speed date on the display, the temperature display and the speed display and outputting a process condition transmitted from the control device on the display, the temperature display and the speed display. The control device comprises: a storage keeping the processed data; a data searching part searching the kept data with the searching signal; a data transmitting part displaying the searched data and the process condition on each display; and a data outputting part delivering a control signal in accordance with the searched data value on the temperature controlling part and the speed controlling part. The temperature controlling part controls temperature and speed with the control device. A speed controlling method is characterized by controlling rotational speed of a main pump in accordance with temperature variations of a dyeing step, a dyes fixing step and a cooling step.
