PURPOSE: Provided is a copolymer composition which uses a first graft copolymer including crosslinking alkyl acrylate rubber polymer as a seed component of a second graft copolymer so that it makes ease of coloring with improving shock resistance and intensity. CONSTITUTION: The graft copolymer composition comprises the components of: (based on 100wt% of a second graft copolymer), 0.1-10wt% of a first graft copolymer as the seed which is composed of 20-60wt% of crosslinking alkyl acrylate rubber polymer as core and 20-60wt% of aromatic vinyl compound and 10-30wt% of vinyl cyan compound as graft shell without crosslinking; and a second graft copolymer which is composed of 30-70wt% of crosslinking alkyl acrylate rubber polymer as core and 15-50wt% of aromatic vinyl compound and 5-25wt% of vinyl cyan compound as graft shell without crosslinking.
