HIT-AND-RUN VEHICLE TRACKING DEVICE BY USING METAL MATERIALS MARKED WITH VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS AND TRACES LEFT ON HUMAN BODIES OR CLOTHES

摘要

PURPOSE: A hit-and-run vehicle tracking device is provided to find out hit-and-run vehicles by marking vehicle identification numbers on metals in applying shock on a bumper of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In applying shock on a rear side of a front bumper(2) of a vehicle, front and rear metals are formed in different colors. Vehicle identification numbers are protruded by a touch unit and marked on clothes or human bodies of pedestrians. A hit-and-run vehicle tracking device is composed of a unit(3) for scattering light metal or plastic marked with the vehicle identification numbers and a digital camera CCTV(Closed Circuit Television,1) mounted on the roof of the vehicle to discriminate and arrest a hit-and-run vehicle which dashes from behind other vehicles and runs away.
