ANTIBACTERIAL FIBER USING INORGANIC ANTIBACTERIAL AGENT AND HAVING LASTINGLY ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTY

PURPOSE: Antibacterial fiber containing an inorganic antibacterial agent is characterized by increasing antibacterial effect and protecting the human body from harmful bacteria. The fiber is useful for toys. CONSTITUTION: Antibacterial fiber is obtained by the steps of: mixing 0.5-3wt.% of an inorganic antibacterial agent(2) with water of over 40deg.C to manufacture a composition; putting the composition into a washing pot while dyed textile is washed; washing the textile with a spraying method at 40deg.C for 5min. to fix the inorganic antibacterial agent; and then dehydrating the textile.
