PET BOTTLE INTEGRALLY FORMED WITH A HANDLE AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE PET BOTTLE BY INJECTION MOLDING

PURPOSE: A PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottle integrally formed with a handle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the supporting force and the grip force of the handle by integrally injection-molding the handle in the body of the PET bottle with drawing and blowing, and to increase the stability by enhancing the durability of the PET bottle. CONSTITUTION: A preform of a PET bottle with a neck, a handle and a body is formed by injecting resin into a first mold with an injection molding machine(S10), and the injection-molded product is heated by using a heater(S20). The heated product is placed in a second mold, and the body is injection-molded in the second mold by drawing the body with an extension rod and blowing air(S30). The PET bottle is injection-molded by drawing and blowing air, and the body surrounding the end of the handle is integrally formed with the handle(S30'). The finished product is separated by opening the second mold(S40).
