METHOD FOR REFERRING AND TRANSMITTING A FINGERPRINT BY USING DATA COMMUNICATION WITH A HIGH RESOLUTION MOBILE PHONE CAMERA, PARTICULARLY FOR PHOTOGRAPHING THE FINGERPRINT OF A PERSON TARGETED FOR CHECKING UP BY USING A MOBILE COMMUNICATION CAMERA AND REQUESTING CHECKING OF THE PERSON BY USING A DATA COMMUNICATION SERVICE

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for performing and transmitting a fingerprint by using data communication with a high resolution mobile phone camera is provided to quickly and accurately refer to a relevant institution for character of a person targeted for checking. CONSTITUTION: When a message requesting checking of a target person, fingerprint information and a social security number of the person are received(410), it is checked whether a fingerprint corresponding to the social security number and the received fingerprint information of the target person are identical(420). If the both fingerprints are identical, the social security number of the target person is inputted to a fingerprint checking system to compare whether the fingerprint of the target person is identical to a fingerprint of a wanted man(420). If the fingerprint of the target person is identical to the fingerprint of the wanted man, the corresponding result is first reported to a police system(430) and then reported to a policeman or to the target person(450).
