PURPOSE: Ginseng-fermented sauce prepared by mixing ginseng edible oil, ginseng, garlic, red pepper and licorice root-fermented edible oil is provided. The product has efficacy of ginseng and is beneficial to human health. CONSTITUTION: The ginseng sauce is prepared by the following stage consisting of: mixing 20% by weight of ginseng edible oil, 40% by weight of ginseng, 10% by weight of garlic, 15% by weight of red pepper and 10% by weight of licorice root-fermented edible oil in a mixer for 5min.
