PURPOSE: A battery for a mobile terminal having a commerce RF antenna is provided to utilize a large space and enhance antenna performance thanks to a shortened antenna contact distance by forming an RF antenna pattern on an inner surface of a battery upper case of a battery. CONSTITUTION: An battery upper case(1) has a commerce RF antenna pattern formed at an inner surface thereof. A ferrite sheet(2) is positioned at an upper surface of the battery upper case(1) and prevents influence of an RF signal. A battery cell assembly(3) is positioned at an upper surface of the ferrite sheet(2) and feeds power to the commerce RF antenna pattern. A double-sided tape(4) is positioned between the battery upper case(1) and the ferrite sheet(2) and also between the ferrite sheet(2) and the battery cell assembly(3) to insulatedly attach them. A battery lower case(5) is mounted at an upper portion of the battery cell assembly(3) and coupled with the battery upper case(1).
