PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of electrolyzed water, the apparatus capable of manufacturing acidic water, neutralized water and alkaline water, easily adjusting pH values of acidic water and alkaline water, activating ion exchange between electrodes to increase manufacturing efficiency of electrolyzed water and selectively manufacturing acidic water and alkaline water. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus(10) of electrolyzed water comprises: an electrolyzed water manufacturing means comprising an electrolyzer which is connected to a raw water supply pipe having a flow control means, and an inner part of which is divided into at least three chambers of first, second and third electrode chambers(21,22,23) by at least two ion separation diaphragms(11,12), a first electrode(31), a second electrode(32) and a third electrode(33) respectively installed in the first, second and third electrode chambers, and a voltage impressing means for impressing voltages having different poles to the first and third electrodes in the first, second and third electrodes and impressing a ground voltage or one pole of the cathode or the anode to the second electrode; measuring sensors(91,92,93) for measuring pH values of acidic water, neutralized water and alkaline water discharged from the first, second and third electrode chambers; and a control means(100) for comparing the pH values of the acidic water, neutralized water and alkaline water measured by the measuring sensors with set pH values thereof, thereby enabling the flow control means to control flow rate of the acidic water, neutralized water and alkaline water to control respective pH values of the acidic water, neutralized water and alkaline water.
