PURPOSE: A method for effectively using a voice call waiting tone is provided to enable a system manager to inform a listener of the contents on certain benefits, while enabling an advertiser to receive desired voice advertisements to transmit the received advertisements to the listener. CONSTITUTION: A prepaid card user can selectively use a discount service by discount benefits displayed on a prepaid card or on the Internet when the user purchases the prepaid card. When the contents of an advertisement are inputted, a call service limit of the prepaid card is extended. A system manager prevents the contents of the advertisement from being changed until the service limit expires. When a deferred payment user inputs the contents of the advertisement, the system manager assigns discount service benefits to the user, while preventing the contents of the advertisement from being changed during a certain period.
