SPOILER OF A VEHICLE AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF FOR PREVENTING A REAR PART OF THE VEHICLE FROM BEING MOVED UP BY LIFT BY FREELY REGULATING THE HEIGHT AND WIDTH OF THE SPOILER ACCORDING TO TRAVELING SPEED WITH A SPOILER UNIT AND A HEIGHT REGULATING UNIT

PURPOSE: A spoiler of a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase stability and braking power of the vehicle by preventing a rear part of the vehicle from being moved up by lift by increasing the height of a spoiler unit and extending the width at high speed traveling and to reduce air resistance by decreasing the height of the spoiler unit and reducing the width at low speed traveling. CONSTITUTION: A spoiler stuck on the upper part of a trunk lid(2) of a vehicle is composed of a spoiler unit(3) and a height regulating unit(4). The spoiler unit comprises a plate-shaped case member(5) having receiving grooves formed in both sides and width regulating cylinders(7a,7b) inserted and fixed in an inner middle portion between the receiving grooves to operate variable blades(6a,6b) and the variable blades received in the receiving grooves of the case member and inserted into or drawn out reciprocatingly along the receiving grooves by the width regulating cylinders in a width direction of the vehicle. The height regulating unit is mounted between the lower side of the case member and the upper side of the trunk lid to support the spoiler unit and adjust the height of the spoiler unit and composed of height regulating cylinders(12a,12b) and corrugated tubes(13a,13b) covering the outside of the height regulating cylinder.
