PURPOSE: A seat belt tongue position regulating structure of a vehicle is provided to change the position of a seat belt tongue according to body conditions of passengers and to prevent the seat belt tongue from falling by the self-weight and interference of the seat belt tongue moved downward in re-using. CONSTITUTION: In a seat belt tongue position regulating structure of a vehicle, a position regulating unit intermits a setting position of a seat belt tongue(20) having a hanging unit(21) formed in the front side of a body and a mounting hole(22) disposed in the rear side of the body to penetrate and intermit a seat belt(10). The position regulating unit is composed of a through-hole formed in the center of a rear side of the mounting hole of the seat belt tongue; a fixation retaining unit(32) mounted in the opposite direction of the through-hole; and a locker pin(33) inserted and fixed to the through-hole to intermit the seat belt inserted into the mounting hole.
