PERFORATED JACKET TYPE BURNER FOR PREVENTING DROP OF PULVERIZED COAL MANUFACTURING QUALITY BY IMPROVING HEAT EFFICIENCY OF HEATER AND EASILY CONTROLLING LOAD OF HEATER

摘要

PURPOSE: To solve a problem that pulverized coal manufacturing quantity is dropped due to ignition flame control defect and combustion defect by converting structure of a heater burner from a conventional general type burner to a perforated jacket type burner. CONSTITUTION: The perforated jacket type burner for pulverized coal manufacturing facility comprises a burner body and fuel related facility body(1) applied to a heater(3) for heating waste gas supplied into a pulverizer of pulverized coal manufacturing facility in blast furnace; a protection jacket(2) formed on an outer layer of the burner body and fuel related facility body; a spiral housing(3) through which air for combustion passes; and perforated jackets(5) formed in four stages on a front end part of a burner muffler(4) so as to improve thermal efficiency of the heater and easily control load of the heater.
