STRUCTURE FOR ANTI-VIBRATION AND INSULATION OF OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER, PARTICULARLY REGARDING TO PREVENTING NOISE DUE TO VIBRATION OF FRONT PANEL AND ELECTRIC SHOCK

PURPOSE: A structure for anti-vibration and insulation of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to prevent a noise due to vibration of a front panel by preventing vibration of a base panel from being transmitted to the front panel and to prevent an electric shock by realizing insulation to the front panel from the base panel. CONSTITUTION: A front panel(72) of an outdoor unit is jointed with a base panel(10) of the outdoor unit by using a panel joint device(100) formed to realize anti-vibration and insulation while maintaining the joint. A joint guide member(101) is formed on a predetermined position of the base panel. A combining member(103) is formed at one end of the base panel, being separated from the joint guide member. A rubber insulator(105) is combined with the combining member and prevents vibration transmitted from the base panel and insulates electricity. A joint member(107) is installed at one end of the rubber insulator for acting as a nut when the front panel is jointed by a bolt. A fixing bolt(110) joints the front panel with the rubber insulator through the combination with the joint member.
