HIGH TEMPERATURE TYPE HYDROGEN ION CONDUCTIVE POLYMER ELECTROLYTE MEMBRANE COMPRISING HYDROGEN ION CONDUCTIVE INORGANIC NANO PARTICLE, POLYMER ELECTROLYTE TYPE FUEL CELL USING THE SAME, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PURPOSE: Provided are a high temperature type hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane having thermal resistance up to 250 deg.C and high conductivity, a polymer electrolyte type fuel cell using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The high temperature type hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of (A) preparing at least one polymer selected from the polymer group capable of maintaining thermal stability up to 250 deg.C, consisting of naphthalenic polyimide, polybenzimidazole, polyvinylidene fluoride and polyimide-amide; (B) dissolving the polymer into at least one solvent selected from suitable solvent group consisting of dimethylformamide, N-methylpyridine, dimethylsulfoxide, dimethylacetamide and acetone; (C) admixing an inorganic nano particles having a sulfonic acid group to the polymer solution; (C) preparing the admixed solution into a form of a film; and (E) evaporating the solvent to form a conductive electrolyte membrane.
