PURPOSE: A grinding machine using rotating and shaking motions is provided to fiercely move and grind workpieces inserted into a polishing container by rotating and shaking the polishing container, to obtain excellent polishing effect regardless of the material kinds of the workpieces, and to prevent the workpieces from being stuck with an abrasive in dry and wet polishing operations. CONSTITUTION: A grinding machine using rotating and shaking motions is composed of an eccentric rotary shaft(20) rotated without separated from a predetermined position and formed with a hollow unit(21) eccentric from the center of rotation; a shaking rotary shaft(30) turned about the center of the hollow unit formed in the eccentric rotary shaft; an eccentric shaft rotating unit(50) for turning the eccentric rotary shaft by a motor; a shaking shaft rotating unit(60) for rotating the shaking rotary shaft by the motor; and a polishing container connected with the shaking rotary shaft to turn together with the shaking rotary shaft and formed with a polishing space for receiving and grinding the workpieces.
