A method for instant settlement to manage risk of a member shop without passing a VAN(Value Added Network) company is provided to enhance reliability of the member shop by receiving information for the member shop from a card company and make an instant settlement company perform the instant settlement for the member shop when credit card approval is generated from the card company. In case that a member shop terminal(107) receiving settlement approval from a card company server(102) is registered as an instant settlement service member shop, an approval result of the member shop terminal is transmitted to the instant settlement company server(110). The instant settlement company server receiving approval result data from the card company server requests a cooperated financial institution server(120) to transfer money to a bank account of the member shop. The cooperated financial institution server transfers the money to the bank account of a cooperated bank server(109).
