The controller transfers a web page of member/goods registration, goods purchase settlement, point process, and account transfer, and performs other controls. A member shop terminal(14) registers the customer as the member of the member shop to a network marketing company, offers a member card and the points to the customer, and transfers sales information of the goods registered as a network marketing item to the network marketing company as much as a contracted margin rate.
