A composition for prevention and treatment of lowering male reproductive function is provided, which composition protects epidermal cells of testicles, and increases number, activity and activity maintenance of spermatozoon. The composition for prevention and treatment of lowering male reproductive function comprises 40 to 80 wt.% of garlic extract, 4 to 20 wt.% of Lycium chinense Miller extract, 3 to 15 wt.% of Cuscuta chinensis LAM. extract, 2 to 10 wt.% of Rubus chingii Hu., and 1 to 5 wt.% of Schizandra chinensis BAILL., wherein the composition further comprises 1 to 2 wt.% of zinc oxide, 0.1 to 0.2 wt.% of thiamine, and 0.12 to 0.2 wt.% of pyridoxine; and the composition further comprises 1.2 to 2 wt.% of Corni fructus extract, 3 to 6 wt.% of Glycyrrhiza radix extract, 1.7 to 3 wt.% of Hypericum perforatum extract, 2 to 7 wt.% of Tribulus terrestris extract, 2 to 10 wt.% of Silybum marianum extract and 1 to 20 wt.% of soybean protein.
