A method for preparing functional tea using green tea leaf and Morus alba leaf is provided, thereby improving adult disease preventing and treating activity derived from green tea without loss of their nutrition, taste and flavor. The method for preparing functional tea using green tea leaf and Morus alba leaf comprises the steps of: collecting green tea leaf, steaming the green tea leaf at 100 deg. C for 30 to 50 seconds and cooling it, or steaming it at 250 deg. C and rubbing and drying the green tea leaf to prepare green tea leaf; collecting Morus alba leaf, blenching the Morus alba leaf with vapor at 95 to 120 deg. C for 5 to 30 minutes; and mixing the prepared green tea leaf with the vapor blenched Morus alba leaf.
