An OOB(OOB) transmitter is provided to enhance frequency characteristics such as flatness and an operating frequency by using a digital-to-analog converter compensation filter. An OOB transmitter includes a multiplexer(202), a digital-to-analog converter compensation filter(207), and a demultiplexer(208). The multiplexer multiplexes an input signal into n signals. The digital-to-analog converter compensation filter filters each of the n signals provided from the multiplexer at a frequency of one-nth of an existing frequency. The demultiplexer recovers the n signals filtered by the digital-to-analog converter compensation filter to generate one signal.
