Provided is a process for preparing flame-charcoal raw material employing food waste conversed into charcoal fuel in particle form applicable in fields including industrial and school fuel, domestic boiler and/or other fuel to prevent environmental contamination. The process comprises breaking and grinding food waste, adding sawdust and adhesive to the ground food waste and agitating the resultant material to form a mixture for flame-charcoal fuel in particle form. The process is carried out in an apparatus comprising a selection part(1) for selecting raw material among the food waste; a hydration part(2), a grinding part(3) and a mixing and agitating part(4) to obtain a mixture of the raw material, sawdust and additive; and a preparation part(5) and a dryer part(6) to form a charcoal product in particle form.
