ILLUMINATOR APPLIED COVER OF VACUUM PLATING AND UV COATING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A lighting apparatus with a vacuum-plated and UV-coated cover and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent erosion and decoloring or a PC(Propylene Copolymer) film due to oxidation of an aluminum layer by performing a UV coating process on inner side walls of inner and outer covers. A lighting apparatus includes a support(33), an inner cover(10), and an external cover(20). The support(33) includes a bulb inserting portion(23), a support bar, a bump portion(25), a cover support(24), an upper fixing portion, a dust block plate(27), and a coupling cap(28). The inner cover(10) includes fixed mounts, a mount hole, an insertion concave hole, and a fixing pin. The external cover(20) is larger than the inner cover(10) and includes a fixing bar which is radially wound with an upper portion narrower than a lower portion to overlap both end portions thereof. The fixing bar is attached to both sides of the overlapped portion in a vertical direction such that the folded state is maintained. An upper portion of the external cover(20) is inserted into an upper fixing portion(21) of the support(33) and a lower portion of the external cover(20) is inserted into a circular lower fixing portion(22) of the support(33) such that the external cover(20) is coupled with and supported by the support(33).
