Perituberculosis namely conjugates to fluorogen in the blood serum sample of animal to form mixture. Then the fluorescence polarization of mixture is measured. The presence of serum antibody is to M. Indicate that perituberculosis is that the fluorescence polarization value of mixture is higher than the control of fluorescence polarization value. The present invention also provides the tracers of fluorescence polarization detection to be used for specific antibody M. Perituberculosis. The tracer includes that M is isolated in carbohydrate antigen. Perituberculosis and fluorogen combine, and enable the tracer and specific antibody M. Perituberculosis generates detectable fluorescence polarization variation.
