The present invention is polyethylene terephthalate; carbon nanotubes (polyethyleneterephthalate PET): to synthesize a carbon nanotubes / polyethylene terephthalate composite having a characteristic which is increased with improved elastic modulus and electrical conductivity by the addition of (carbon nanotube CNT). CNT / polyethylene terephthalate composite may be prepared by a polymerization method. The carbon nanotube / polyethylene terephthalate composite material manufactured in accordance with the present invention can be applied to sports goods and leisure goods, conductive mechanical components, a conductive fiber, an electromagnetic wave blocking agent.
