PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a polymer/carbon nanotube composite is provided to synthesize the polymer/carbon nanotube composite with excellent electromagnetic-wave shielding efficiency and conductivity by uniformly dispersing carbon nanotube in a polymer resin. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of a polymer/carbon nanotube composite comprises the steps of: dissolving a first polymer resin and carbon nanotube in a solvent and applying ultrasonic waves to prepare a pre-composite; and mixing the pre-composite with a second polymer resin in an extruder. Carbon nanotubes coagulated in the first step is uniformly dispersed in the first polymer resin by sonication. The first polymer resin and/or the second polymer resin are polycarbonate.
