PURPOSE: A condensing lens for generating solar photovoltaic power is provided to maintain optimum light condensing efficiency in the daytime by continuously concentrating sunlight on the surface of a solar cell without a position variation of the sun. CONSTITUTION: A body(11) of a plate type is installed over a solar cell(S), made of a transparent material with high light permeability and lengthily installed along the transfer path of the sun. The first light condensing part(12) is longitudinally formed in the center of a side surface of the body. The center of the cross section of the first light condensing part is of a convex type to refract sunlight so that the first light condensing part condenses the sunlight into the center part of the solar cell. The second light condensing part(13a,13b) is formed at both sides of the first light condensing part. A plurality of inclined surfaces are continuously formed in the second light condensing part, adjacent to each other so that the refraction angle of the sunlight incident upon the inclined surface increases as it becomes distant from the first light condensing part.
