PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) nanocomposite resin composition having improved strength, oil-resistance, and heat-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: mixing a solvent and an emulsifier selected from octyl amine, dodecyl amine, stearyl amine, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber having an amine terminal, an emulsifier having a hydroxy or carboxy group, and acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber having a carboxy terminal; dispersing a plate clay-based filler in a solvent, wherein the clay-based filler is montmorillonite; mixing and reacting the emulsifier solution and the dispersed plate clay-based filler for 6-24 hours; washing and removing the solvents; hot blast drying at an ordinary temperature to less than 60deg.C to produce a nanocomposite filler; melting the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber at an ordinary temperature to 60deg.C; adding, based on the weight of the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 5-10phr of the nanocomposite filler, 1-2phr of a processability improving agent, 1-5phr of a crosslinking auxiliary, and 1-3phr of a crosslinking agent.
