PURPOSE: A tension adjusting assembly for a hyper-thermal therapeutic apparatus, wherein an acting and reacting force are positioned in the same line, is provided to improve the structure properly to mount a tension adjusting member for controlling the tension of the timing belt of the hyper-thermal therapeutic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The tension adjusting assembly includes: two timing belt connections; and one tension adjusting screw. The timing belt connection includes: a timing belt fixing groove(112), having a thread formed within; a fixing cover, covering and connecting the timing belt in the state that the latter is built in; a connecting hole of a moving body; and a connecting-screw hole, through which the tension adjusting screw connects the timing-belt connections to each other. The timing belt connection(110) forms the connecting-screw hole(120) between the timing belt fixing groove(112) and the bottom floor of the connection(110). The connecting screw hole(120) forms a female thread(122) on the inner circumference.
